Refund and Cancellation Policy
​At REGVISE, we value our learners and are committed to ensuring transparency and fairness in all financial transactions. This policy outlines the terms and conditions related to course cancellations and refunds.

Course Cancellation by Student.

Students who wish to cancel their enrollment must submit a written request via email to the institute’s admissions or support team.

The official date of cancellation will be the date the written request is received by REGVISE.​

Refund Eligibility.

Full Refund: If the cancellation request is made seven (7) or more days prior to the commencement of the course.

Partial Refund (50%): If the cancellation request is made within seven (7) days prior to the commencement of the course.

No Refund: Once the course has commenced, or course materials, recorded sessions, or access credentials have been shared.

Refund Processing Timeline.

Refunds will be processed within 7–10 working days after approval.
Please note that processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.

Batch Rescheduling or Transfer.

Students may request a transfer to a future batch or an alternative course, subject to seat availability and management approval.

Such transfers are allowed only once and must be requested before the course start date.

Non-Refundable Charges.

Registration fees, administrative charges, and applicable taxes (if any) are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Course Cancellation by REGVISE.

In the unlikely event that REGVISE cancels or postpones a course, students will be offered either:

A full refund of the course fee, or -

The option to transfer to another available batch or course at no additional cost.

Policy Amendments

REGVISE reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time without prior notice.

Any such changes will be communicated through the institute’s official website or other formal communication channels.
